OH Stars! I LOVED BOOK ONE AND Nadine who chose becoming a doctor instead of her love for singing The year is 2047 and the world had changed. No longer a blue sky or green grass, there was acid rain and huge mutant bats that had a fondness of attacking her everywhere she went, but most of all she fazed out at unexpected times to meet a very hot man in her dream state. Victor Gianni and her had talked, danced in every place her zoned out self had taken her, and suddenly he was REAL and in her world and acted like they didn’t know each other! Then another hot Micah had saved from from a mutant bat attack! This author grabbed me by the throat and spit me out. I HAVE TO READ BOOK TWO!!

Let’s start out by saying this is not a usual genre I read. I have read other books by Juliana Haygert and have enjoyed them so I wanted to give this one a chance. I am happy that I did!

This story takes place 30 years in the future where the world is in total chaos. Nadine is a 19 year old college student at NYU. Nadine has visions of Victor Gianni, she thinks her visions are just daydreams until she meets Victor Gianni in person. The reality and her visions of Victor are very different. Although they both have the same life events and looks they act totally different. Vision Victor is sweet and caring and she falls in love with him but Reality Victor is rude and mean. Nadine realizes that she has a special power to help Reality Victor over come his pain; a pain that he can’t explain why he is having, but Nadine’s touch takes it away.

In this book you will find Demons, Demonic Bats, Gods, and lots of Chaos that requires security guards and fenced in areas.
