  1. JAMIE CALHOUN

Uh. Okay. What can I say without saying you know EVERYTHING. I think this was the most taboo one I’ve read yet. Dirty Dani…lol Enjoyed it. Don’t even think about picking this up unless you really read the triggers.

  2. Vivien Richards

This story is a wild ride. Definitely tab00, thrilling, but hard to read at times because of Marissa’s trauma. But it is 100% entertaining and I would totally read it again. This author is a fantastic writer.

  3. honeydipped229

Well I’m not quite sure how to feel about this book. Was I entertained sure. And my questioning why I was entertained absolutely. But at least Marissa got her happily ever after I guess with her uncle and half brothers.

  4. Samantha Scaife Harris

This book took off from the first page and has no breaks. When this author said taboo, she meant it. My jaw dropped and stayed there.

  5. ashnay24

Beg For It is extremely dark, intense, heartbreaking, and twisted! This is one of the times that if you have any triggers it is absolutely necessary to read the warnings! Marissa has lived a miserable life full of abuse at the hands of her father and later on a new master. She finds her freedom with the help of unlikely allies. She was forcefully taught obedience. But she is a survivor and you can see her starting to speak up and find herself. This novella packs a lot of darkness and uncomfortable situations in just a few pages. If you are okay with taboo and can handle the content warnings you should definitely give this a read.

  6. Amber McClellan

This was a quick but dark read. Dani Rose writes in a way that I devoured the book. As always read the TW and make sure you are able to tolerate the story. If you are good with the TW then the read is worth it and enjoy the darkness.

  7. Cengland25

It’s a short read. But it’s great. The FMC gets the men. Treated the way she deserves. Devoured not used.

  8. Krystal Drake

Looking for something dark? How about taboo? Smutty? Look no further. Beg For It has all of this and more. If you’re the clutch your pearls type then stop, this is not for you. But if you like your stories darker, more depraved, gritty, and just downright filthy then do yourself a favor and… beg for it. (see what I did there

Darkest Dani Rose I have read! Read it in a day, its a short but horrific ride. I love this author, have not found a book if hers I do not like.

    5/5 must read.

  10. elysia26

    BEG FOR IT
    Dani Rose

    My Review
Beg For It is a taboo splatterpunk erotica that delivers a short, intense, and fast-paced spicy read. This was my first time reading Dani Rose, and I can confidently say I’m already a fan.

The trigger warnings are clear and upfront, which I truly appreciated. The author makes it known that this story won’t be for everyone, but it was absolutely for me. The taboo elements are unapologetic, the spice is accelerated, and the story doesn’t waste time getting to the point.

Despite its length, the writing is tight, emotionally charged, and effective. There’s more than just shock value here, the story carries emotional weight, dark themes, and a sense of catharsis that made the read satisfying from start to finish.

Overall, this was a well-written, straight-to-the-point splatterpunk erotica that completely held my attention. Dani Rose definitely piqued my interest, and I can’t wait to read more from her.
    Dark. Taboo. Addictive.

  12. alexalourdess

I wish this book would have been a little longer but it’s very fast paced and gets straight to the point. It’s very dark, spicy and taboo. Definitely check triggers because this was wild.

  13. @valley_girl_36

Intense !! Please heed the warnings and look to author notes for content awareness. Dark taboo read. Dani Rose is known for the shocking dark books and this falls right in with that. Very dark but for dark readers who need their next jaw dropping moment this book has it.

  14. [email protected]

Short, taboo read. The trauma smut is the plot. Listen it’s not for everyone, but if you like absolutely taboo erotica then grab this one. Dani Rose writes with her whole heart, you can feel the mc’s pain and trauma. It grabs you and forces you to look at things from the perspective of the victims. Check the trigger warnings. Please pay attention to them.

  15. Hcain

Super good quick read!! I love it when an FMC has that feminine rage and completes her revenge so well! Would’ve loved some more chapters about the trio after it was all said and done, but overall amazing read!

  16. ClaireW

Holy F♡€k!! It was absolutely shocking to go on that wild of a ride in such a short splatterpunk novella. I knew a couple of the TW by quick glance but I tend not to read them for a fear of spoilers. The TW are more like a menu, and boy was I NOT dissapointed! If you want extremely taboo, dark, feminine rage, gore, and plenty of spice…..read this!!!!

    4.5 Stars

Beg For It is written by Dani Rose and is a taboo splatterpunk erotica. This one has pretty intense triggers, so be warned. It does have some blood and gore, but if you are a splatterpunk reader, you are no stranger to it. For being only a few short pages, an intense impact is felt.

Beg For It throws you right into a brutal situation. We are introduced to Marissa, who has been conditioned to give up her body to serve others. While knowing nothing but exploitation and humiliation, she still has hope that there is something better out there.

In true splatterpunk style, Dani does not hold punches. She is very detailed and graphic in her descriptions. While it does have spice, it leaves you feeling dirty and disgusted because you enjoyed it. In an unexpected twist, you are given a HEA, which surprised me. I really look forward to reading more by Dani Rose.

  18. Alanna Jackson

So taboo and unpredictable! This book is quick, trauma filled, and spicy with some nice karma. I enjoyed it!

  19. RACHEL STEPHENS

    Dark and Dirty
This was a quick and consuming read. Do mind your triggers. Its full of them.
This book is packed full of spice, unaliving, and a bit of danger. Most importantly a satisfying ending.

  20. Anice

Marissa’s story is very emotional. She has been conditioned to serve others and not complain.

This story has blood and gore in it. And it was fun to see how Marissa gets her revenge and actually enjoyed the blood and gore. Yes you go girl.

I totally loved this taboo story. It gives you a sense of hope for freedom.

I enjoy Dani Rose’s stories very much. They are not for the faint of heart. So please check TW before reading.
Otherwise dive into this quick dark splatter punk story with a HEA.

I am very grateful to have read this as an ARC and I am leaving my review voluntarily.

Dani Rose is back at it again!!
For all those taboo, splatterpunk lovers…. this book is for you.
It is a short, fast paced, HOT, Dark, bloody and filled with taboo novella.
Marissa has been raised in hell and used in the worst ways. She is sold for her father’s benefit to Ross, but meets Oscar…and Omen and Kaz!!
    These 3 men…. damn!!
They will do anything for Marissa and love every bloody second of it.
These 4 were made for eachother…. being family is both going to stand in their way!!!

  22. Kayla T

Dani Rose is back with another story that you’re not going to want to put down. I read this book in one sitting because I was instantly drawn to Marissa and her story.
This book is taboo & definitely had bloody elements to it. I felt bad for Marissa while reading, but loved every part of her story and journey.

  23. Cheryl Koch

Marissa was born into a very rough life. Even up to her demise, Marissa’s mother still had a little fighting spirit left in her. I have never cheered louder for someone’s death, then, I did Marissa’s father. He was a horrible man and got what was coming to him.

I felt for Marissa and the new situation she had found herself in after her father. Yet she was fortunate that she is rescued by her two long lost brothers and uncle.

I did really enjoy this novella. It is a quick read. If you like dark stories that are unapologetic, then, you will like this one.

  24. grooms30.ka

Questioning my morals and wondering why tf I even read taboo hits it right on the head! Dani truly does let her thoughts run wild in these little novellas. They make me uncomfortable and my skin crawl in the best way. Did I enjoy what I read, yes. Do I want to talk about, not even a little bit.

    1st person POV Single

Plot- don’t go into this the hope of some world building and background, it’s literally straight to the messed up point!

Spice- Literally the whole thing is spice- messed up- WTF did I just read spice… what hey I’m here for it!

Triggers- Yup.. just yes they are there…It’s splatterpunk you should know what you are getting into!

My thoughts: This book was messed up on so many levels! but I got a say Marissa taking her power back and getting her revenge ( in the most savage way, mind you!) was great! and the ending was surprisingly… sweet? or maybe I have just read too much messed up things that it was sweet to me! either way if taboo violence is your jam this book is a quick read!

  26. hltumolo

quick & dirty love the taboo side of Emily Klepp. as she adds more novels and novellas I just hope we get longer stories. she is an amazing storyteller and I think the audience for these types of books would eat up a longer book.

and who doesn’t love a revenge plot.

  27. Jscherf

Oooooo do I love a Dani Rose book! This author knows how to wreck me in the best/worst ways possible. I know reading one of her books is immediately going to cause some drastic emotional damage but I love the splatterpunk HEA or as HEA as you can get with horror novels/novellas. I could read about Marissa for another couple hundred pages and not get bored. My goodness, Dani/Emily- you knocked it out of the park with this one…..please give me more Kaz, I love a golden retriever psycho

  28. michellebreckon

    ** spoiler alert **

This is a super quick ride, and it reads fast. It’s dark. It’s spicy. It’s Dani Rose!

Read your triggers before diving in!

The characters also make strange choices that don’t really make sense, but if you’re here for just splatterpunk spice you’re in the right place! It’s definitely taboo. I would love to see a sequel, just with their lives now that they’ve left everything behind. There’s enough of a story with their dynamic that it would be fascinating to see.

  29. darkromance1982

If you like taboo splatterpunk then this might just be the book for you. Triggers warning are there for a reason this book isn’t going to be for everyone.

I do think that if the book had been a little longer that Kaz would have been my favourite.

  30. aballas

WOW!!!! This is a quick, taboo, dark romance!!! I loved it!!! Marissa goes through so much..but she has some saviors ️. HOT HOT HOT taboo!!!! If you have triggers check them. I have none . Definitely recommend!

  31. GlacierRose

Please make sure you check your trigger warnings. Your mental health matters.
This is a short quick read but its packed with a punch. Its dark and deep.
The FMC endures so much but in the end she gets to choose.

  32. Paige Y

A short novella that hits all the dark and taboo marks. This is splatterpunk not romance we open on non-con and continue that path through most of the story. But in true fictional sub fashion our FMC enjoys herself even through the dark parts. If you are looking for a great plot this isn’t the book for you it is all spice no plot which is perfect for this kind of splatterpunk story. Unlike many books in this genre you get a HEA with this one. My one wish would be to get an epilogue, I want to see our FMC and her guys enjoying each other a little bit into the future.
    Spice:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
    Star:️️️️

  33. Reka Bisztray

An enjoyable book! Tony bit too fast paced for my liking, I would have loved to see the epilogue play out more but overall I loved the evolving of the FMC and how she became more and more herself whilst takingnher revenge. A true feminine rage novella that satisies the urge of payback to those who hurt you.

Dani Rose is a dark taboo pen name for the dark romance author, Emily Klepp. She is creating stories that make you question your morals and wonder why you chose to read taboo at all. Keeping separate from her usual trauma healing stories, this is the place where her intrusive thoughts run wild.
