Sometimes I’m in the mood for something short, simple, and hot, and that’s what this one is. It’s also a huge step out of reality that I really appreciated. There isn’t much of a plot, but it’s enough to give you a basic understanding of the world the story is set in, and the sexy scenes are spicy. Perfect for an afternoon read.

This was a real fast read and I wanted to leave more stars; however, it was only one chapter and it left so much more of the story yet to be told. Also, you never really get to delve into their characters which is sad. With that being said this was a typical V.T. Bond’s awesome style of writing with knots included.

I must say I was somewhat taken aback by the storyline. I mean, it’s a fantasy about a human “with” (ahem) a dinosaur? This story was not written in any of the genres I’m usually attracted to. But it was written by one of my very favorite authors, and if anyone could pull this story off it would be her. So, after completing this short read, I concluded that this is a unique tale, not quite as off-putting as I had thought it might be, and I enjoyed the fmc Verral’s feisty omega personality. As per usual for V.T.’s s*xy scenes, her writing was habanero-hot, whew! After looking around on Amazon, I found that dinosaur romance books really are quite numerous, and they do have a solid following. Not sure I’ll be part of that following but I did, mostly, enjoy this tale. Very well written, so I can safely call it a solid 4 stars. I was given an early copy of Tamed by the Triceratops to review. This review is my honest opinion.
