Another good, quickie read form Dani Rose. I like how caring but at the same time Dylan being a DOM. As a DOM it is not just about being in charge but also caring for the one that you are with. That is what Dylan does for Lucy. He understands what she needs and helps to give her a voice.
While a short, quick read, there is a nice steamy scene. it is a good one. If you are new to Dani Rose, this would be a good novella to start with. You will enjoy it.

This one is a step-sibling forbidden romance. After graduating Lucy agrees to work for stepbrother Dylan so move across the country to start over.
We find out that bad things happened to Lucy when she was younger, she uses sex as her escape and that Dylan’s best friend Tony is a total sleaze.
I like that Dylan realized that their was something wrong with Lucy and didn’t doubt her when she told him what happened. I also really like how he played Tony to get the best outcome for Lucy.
Gotta love a step-sibling story when the parents only seem to care for about 2 minutes.
As with all Emily Klepp / Dani Rose book check the triggers.

This step sibling forbidden romance is a quick spicy read and the revenge for his best friends betrayal is bittersweet. And a very HEA. Yay.

I received this book early and DEVOURED it!!! It is a quick, HOT ️, taboo read..one of my fave tropes!!! Lucy and Dylan ️..YES please!!! It is so HOT how Dylan will LITERALLY do ANYTHING for her!!! This story is TABOO with BDSM! What else do you need?! If you have triggers check them. I definitely recommend for all the taboo loving BDSM baddies!
