ON FIRE: explicit sexual activity in many or most chapters, graphic physical details, body fluids, all adult words for body parts. Physical intimacy is a big part of the plot.
Alexis is unlucky in life and unlucky in love, failing from one relationship to the next. After her latest failure of a first date, she pays a surprise visit to her Daddy’s house to commiserate on her latest stroke of bad luck, only to find out that his latest relationship is over as well.
To her surprise, he invites her to accompany him to an island resort in the Caribbean, but with an unexpected twist: their destination is a nudist resort. Alexis will have to go as far outside of her comfort zone as she’s ever gone before, but when she does, a journey of sexual awakening beyond anything she’s ever dreamt of is waiting for her.

CM Junk –
I bought this on Smashwords before Rowan Betencourt’s books were removed from there. I love this book. Alexis is maybe my favourite character that Rowan has written, because she has a very interesting interior life. She feels emotionally believable, and her rationale to so willingly fall into the deep eroticism of her relationship with her father is intoxicating and feels so freeing. As always, no one writes going crazy with furious lust quite like Rowan Betencourt does, and there is a LOT of that here – and given the length of the novel, you are absolutely getting your money’s worth. Much like with Lost At Sea, there is some BBC cuckoldry going on – but in the case of this book, it felt like a more natural extension of Alexis’ erotic growth. This feels like there would be a fair bit of space for a sequel to this, it would be intriguing to see how Alexis and her relationship with her father develop. Wonderful!
