When Travis’s best friend hooks up with a woman and moves away, life on the Sunshine Coast just doesn’t have the same appeal. So, he goes on a road trip to visit. He expects to have a great holiday with his mate. What he doesn’t expect is an encounter with a weird cat lady, a broken car, or to clash with the woman next door.

Finley has been sisters in solitude with her neighbour for over a decade. That is until her neighbour comes home from her fortieth birthday holiday with a bloke following soon after. Finley—with her collection of cats—feels like her life is going nowhere and takes action to change that. The beginning of the ‘new her’ is derailed before it begins when Travis arrives and parks across her driveway.
