Jinn pulled his arms around me and lifted me up. “All I need is you, my wife. You have given me freedom. You have released me from my shackles, and have given me mortality again. I am bound to you and will be for all of your life. This is more than I could have ever dreamed of, and it is all thanks to you. It might have been out of a necessary evil that you made that last wish, but that one wish made all mine come true.”

“Let’s consummate our marriage, so no one can ever tear us apart,” I said, and I kissed him again.

This kiss was sweeter, slower. Jinn savored my lips as if he wanted to memorize my taste. His tongue met mine, and his delicious taste exploded in my mouth. I moaned as his spicy taste, and smell filled my senses.

“My wife,” Jinn mumbled against my lips as his hands roved over my body.
