My imagination ran wild as I looked at his glinting lips. How would they feel on mine? How would his tongue feel on my skin? I pushed the thoughts away as I focused on using the crumbling piece of bark in my hand. Another flash of light and his tongue was glinting as the bark disintegrated.
He licked his lips again, a moan coming from his throat. My eyes shot to his as I could see desire and passion burn bright.
“Can I kiss you? Just to see if it works?” Nick asked.
I nodded mutely, unable to think of anything else besides his lips on mine. He groaned, grabbing my head in one hand and pulling my face down to his. My hands grabbed his shoulders as our lips met each other in a desperate kiss.
His taste was so different from anything I expected. It was a mix of fresh-cut grass, smoky wood, and something dark and musky. A moan slipped from my lips, making me open my mouth and grant him access with his tongue. He devoured me like a starving man, kissing me like there was no tomorrow.
