Cynthia Mejia –
The Unruly is a thrilling, fast-paced, action packed, steamy, and heart-wrenching story. The book picks up right where The Untamed left off, on the edge of a cliffhanger and hanging by our fingernails.
When we catch up with the Jamison family, they’ve been decimated. Home ablaze, people injured and children missing. Once Atticus arrives with much needed supplies, Ryder and Rowdy lead the hunt to get their siblings back. Meanwhile, Ronan and Raegan work together to care for their younger siblings, while thwarting their kidnappers at every turn.
I was on the edge of my seat the entire time I read this book and I read it in one sitting. I could not put it down. I loved seeing familiar characters. Loved the way the romance evolved. I needed the satisfaction of revenge and retribution against the people that attacked our favorite Alaskan family. And I was not disappointed.
As with all of K Webster’s books, check your trigger warnings. This truly was an amazing conclusion to a powerful, emotional duet.
Karin Gesell –
I’m not going to lie, I was scared to jump into this . The ending of The Untamed was so intense, it actually affected me. So I went in slowly & definitely took my time. It was intense and brutal and emotional. But there was light at the end of the tunnel. I’m not going to tell you the facts. Just going to say, WOW! What an extreme ride. And I anxiously await more
JSawyer –
Wow I feel like I was unprepared for this book! The emotional roller coaster as these kids fight to survive was crazy. Loved it! The writing in this one was fantastic!
Five huge taboo stars!
Stephanie Belden (verified owner) –
I’m really glad I didn’t have to wait long since the last book had such a cliffhanger. I did enjoy that the main story was tied up by the end of the book. I do hope the author continues with this series. I was left with a lot of unanswered questions regarding other characters in the storyline. I truly hope they get their chance to shine as well.
Trueleereads –
I received the ARC for an honest review for Unruly.
This book is so well written. The descriptions and details at some points made me pause because they were tough. I knew what I was getting into as I am a fan of K Webster and heed all of the triggers and warnings and she did not disappoint. Such a roller-coaster of emotions from reading this book. I will not spoil anything but man oh man Daddy Reed didn’t raise any soft kids and he showed us he will protect and get it taken care of if it takes a little longer than expected. Love this book!
Mrsjhelms9910 –
Like usual K web has managed to do it again! I loved this one even as wild as it was. The story and everything had me needing to keep reading. I can’t wait for the next one!

Part 2 of Ronan, Ryder, and Raegan’s story!
This was darrrrk compared to the other books in The Wild universe. Ronan and Raegan, and others, are taken by the group that stumbled upon them. Obviously we knew they were sketch from the get go. But boy were we in for a surprise! It was ALMOST hard to read about what happened to Ronan in the camp after he was taken. He was put in an impossible situation. Raegan too. It was a much darker storyline than I was imagining after reading The Wild and The Free. I’m gonna be real honest though. The storyline between Ronan, Ryder, and Raegan wasn’t my favorite. I had a hard time connecting to all 3 of them. In my mind, I pictured them struggling to have the relationship they wanted due to the circumstances but doing everything they could to all be together. But it seemed like Ronan and Ryder had a relationship, Ronan kinda wanted Raegan but not really, Ryder felt more guilt about being with Raegan than being with Ronan. And I felt like both boys really kinda pushed Raegan out. I just felt like Ronan and Ryder had a connection/relationship and Raegan was kinda put in as an afterthought. I felt kinda bad for her truly. She struggled to understand why neither one of them really wanted her but wanted each other. And I felt that way too! I know it all worked out in the end but I just kinda wanted their relationship to come a little more naturally. Regardless of that, it was a good duet! It focused more on the plot and less on the smut, which is totally fine with me. It sets you up for a couple of future books that I CAN’T WAIT to read! K Webster always does a great job. She’s the Queen of Banned Books, if you ask me! I’m so looking forward to more books in this universe!

1st person/multi pov
Spice: 4/5
Another phenomenal book from the Wild World! I have been so excited for this book and it did not disappoint!
From the start, it sucks you in with the suspense the end of The Untamed created. There’s so much tension between the characters as everyone is unsure about what happens next. It effortlessly flows from one point of view to the next so that you get the entire picture of what they are going through from every angle. The pain and trauma they go through as they fight to survive is as heartbreaking as it is inspiring.
My heart ached for the way these three felt so connected and safe with each other and had to try and fight it. But when they would give in and let themselves truly be together things got so hot I’m surprised no one’s cabin caught on fire! (Too soon? lol) K. Webster just has a way of writing the spice that makes it feel so emotional regardless of how physical it gets. It’s just one of the reasons I enjoy this world and these characters. For all the ups and downs, it’s so evident that there is so much love between all of them.
I also loved that we got a little foreshadowing into what the future of this Wild World might hold and I cannot wait to see what comes next!
**This is a taboo romance that contains scenes that could be triggering for some readers. Please check the TW before reading!**
Jayce Cruz –
Wow, what an ending to this amazing duology! I was SHOOK at the twists and turns in this book. Daddy Reed and Devon definitely redeemed themselves from book 1. The spice, the angst and the tension between Ronan, Raegan and Ryder was off the charts! I am dyyyyying to know where Webster is taking this world next. There are so many speculations on the next pairing and I’m so thrilled that she’s continuing in this world!
Brittany Morrow –
The Unruly is a highly taboo wild ride and definitely on the darker side but totally worth the read!!
We left off on a crazy devastating cliffhanger for For the Untamed but we picked right back up where we left off in The Unruly!
Relationships continue to develop despite the consequences they all will inevitably have to face eventually although I was not expecting the twist and huge blow up from the bombshell that gets dropped.
Just trust the process because K Webster pulls us through and we do get our hea in the end!
JM123 –
Excuse me K Webster. What did you do to me! This book was simply amazing. It was raw, action packed, emotional, and was so entertaining to read.
Now if you haven’t read The Untamed. Stop right here, and go read it.
The things the Jamison family has gone through is pretty wild.
Raegan is such fierce, and completely sassy character that she really helped the book feel lighter to read. I absolutely love her, although she does have her moments of immaturity, and really reminds you of how young and sheltered she is.
Ronan. My heart just breaks for him. He had to have had the worst time, and his journey to heal from his trauma is inspiring. I just wanted to cry for him! He ended up surprising me, though and I loved his dynamic with Reagan and Ronan.
Ryder is so strong , and determined to do what’s right for the family. He will do anything for them, and he really felt like the glue that holds Raegan, Ronan and him together.
The tension here was high – and not just the sexual tension, though there was plenty of that too.
This is a book about healing and how trauma is dealt with. But most importantly, it is a love story when it all comes down to it.
I can’t say enough about this and am completely addicted to these characters! I’m so excited see what K Webster comes out with next.
*this book deals with heavy themes, including SA. Please check trigger warnings before reading.

Well what a ride this book is!! After that cliffhanger on the last book I thought I was going to die, but we didn’t have to wait too long.
This book is much darker than the last book but that right up my alley. It had my on edge the whole time trying to guess what was going to happen. I loved it! I’m hoping we get more from this world soon.
Lisa –
OMG I could not get enough, I could not look away, this was just xmazing and powerful. There was never a dull moment action packed, dangerous, truths and so taboo my favorite.
What these characters are going through is herendous and have to face some huge challenges so if you love taboo, incest this is the one. Fantastic and my heart pounded through every page.
Tracy –
I have a book hangover and I don’t even know what words to put in my review, K. Webster you have ruined me….. why am I always left wanting more.
This is my review as I can’t put into words what I read.
Tania Renteria –
Ahhh I’m so happy to finally be able to get the second book of the unruly!!!!
This is not a stand alone book, you need to read The Untamed first since this is the second book to the duet. Please read it Trigger Warning before reading.
This book starts off where The Untamed left off, man this book is darker than the first, the poor Jamison kids go thru so much. After the kidnapping, there was a point in the first book I was happy to see new characters but when this came out I wanted all the new characters dead.. they were so bad and evil well the men were with the exception of one girl.
The story was much darker but it had you hooked wanting to find out if they were ever going to get back to their family. And all the suffering they all went thru . Especially Destiny and Ronan.
Now let’s talk about the hot sex that happened between the siblings it was super hot when it finally happened . Like burning up my kindle hot just wished there was more scenes ♀️.
Of course if you know Kwebster you know all her books are intense like you have so many emotions going at once for all the different characters. There were times I was crying for certain characters, other times I was laughing so hard. Other times I was so mad at what was going on. But I loved this book like the other books In the Wild series. Can’t wait to read Rowdy’s and Wild’s story !!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Vanessa Martins –
What a freaking handsome book. I love everything in “The Unruly”. It isn’t an easy book for those who don’t like dark, violence and incest. I love all of this genre and I was missing a book like this.
“The Untamed” was a great book but very slow. This one was with a lot of developments and I couldn’t put it down. This taboo story had everything I wanted and more. K Webster made an amazing story for Ronan, Ryder and Reagan. In this last book we will see how they will fight for the love of each one and kill if it needed.
I can’t wait for another Taboo story and I’m crossing my fingers for Rowdy and Destiny.
Readers if you love taboo, forbidden romance you will love this duet in “The Wild” series.
S Abrams –
No good deed goes unpunished is an understatement when it comes to this book. It is not a standalone and The Untamed must be read first. However before reading, please make sure to read the trigger warnings and proceed with caution because it is very dark.
Ronan and Reagen along with a few of their siblings and a family friend are taken to live with the most vile people who are looking to start a new community. What they have to endure is beyond comprehension. Your heart will break while simultaneously pumping up your adrenaline as the action plays out. The strength of this family shines through as they all work through the aftermath of unspeakable trauma. Ms. Webster is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to writing a dark, taboo romance that one cannot help but consume in its entirety. The artful mastery of her writing style as she describes the family’s journey is nothing less than stellar fraught with vivid imagery that will sit with anyone who reads this book. This is one Wild world, and I cannot get enough. I cannot wait for more.
Me, myself and romance books –
Oh my gosh what did I read and how can I get some more!!
This book three all the punches so quickly and I was obsessed with Ronan, Ryder and Reagen. This book is not for everyone so please read the triggers. If you are one of those readers like myself that don’t read triggers you’re going to love it ad much as I did. I read this within a day. K Webster just writes so well that you can’t help but devouring it so quickly but I need rowdy and wilds books soooooo much. The gore, the action had me on an adrenaline rush I didn’t know what to expect with each moment. My heart was broken a lot.. I loved Ronan so much and just how much he loved reagen and Ryder and would do anything for them.
Again I’m begging K Webster to hurry up for wild and rowdy especially hoping they are matched with who I expect them to be. This has to be one of my favourite books of k Webster.
Richelle Zirkle –
After the Untamed, I had to know how this duet ended, and The Unruly didn’t disappoint for me. There was so much action packed into this one, I felt like my heart was going to explode at times. Picking up right where the previous book left off, Destiny, Reagan, and Ronan all have to face being at the mercy of their kidnappers, and it’s an ugly, heinous thing. The smaller children are spared the wrath but see far too much. The rest of the family is facing the aftermath of the violence at the homestead and the recovery there. They are forced to navigate these predators as a family, in the same way they’ve been raised to do—problem solve and fight for themselves. It seems inherent to who Reagan is at this point. I loved that this one did give them time to work out their dynamics as a taboo throuple and have VERY difficult conversations with their parents. This was a very unconventional read, and this second half was far darker than the first for those concerned with triggers.
Katina –
K Webster does it again. The Unruly starts off where The Untamed ended. My favorite part of this book was when Daddy Reed did something to a certain someone!!
Jennifer –
What a read! This book picks up right after where The Untamed finished and we are thrown right into the crazy wild ride of this story. As the book progresses we see the close relationship between Ryder, Ronan, Reagan develop into something more. This is where trigger warnings might be needed for many events that happen throughout the read. But if you are a lover of K Webster and her taboo reads then just be ready for the most crazy read of them all!
Renee Henson –
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review
This is the second book in a duet. You need to read The Untamed first. When that book ended I almost had heart failure. This book picks up right where that book left off and the whole world feels like it is in shambles. I have to admit I was a little scared to myself along with the family. I really can’t tell you a thing about this book or I am going to be giving something away. This book is so good that you are living every moment with all the characters. I loved every single second of this book and it will be a duet I will be reading again over and over.

The Unruly
K. Webster
Book 4 in the Wild Series
Dark (very) and Taboo
I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Basic Plot: This book picks up where the previous one left off with Ronan, Raegan, Destiny, Dakota, Declan and Sadie abducted by the strangers at their homestead who turn out to be cult wanting to indoctrinate them into their group to be breeders or children. The others are back at camp regrouping after the abduction and fire waiting for Atticus and Eve to arrive with supplies and aid. Once they arrive Rowdy, Ryder and Wild leave the homestead to rescue their people. Raegan gets herself, Sadie and the two youngest boys away from the camp where they encounter their rescuers who send Wild back to the homestead while Rowdy and Ryder continue on to save the others which they do. The rest of the book is about return home and dealing with their individual traumas and conspectuses to the actions they took while abducted, while also fighting off one final attack from the cult.
Takeaway and Reflections: I love these books, they make me question everything and keep me on edge which I love. This book in particular was very reminiscent of the original “The Wild” in darkness and tone. I found both “The Free” and “The Untamed” to be much lighter in tone. This book was very dark and very gory, which I loved but is not for everyone, so in addition to the taboo trigger warnings please heed the other warnings as well. If your looking for more of “The Wild” this is the book for you. Also, get excited because K Webster has left it open for more book in the series, which I am here for.
Favorite Quote: “It is simple,” Ronan whispers. “Simple to us. Just because no one else understand it doesn’t mean it’s not the easiest thing in the world for us.”
[email protected] –
This entire book is an adrenaline rush. If you’ve already delved into The Wild world and loved it like I did, this is the BEST continuation of the series and ends with a contented HEA; I think this rivals The Wild for favorite book of the series!
Like most books K writes, I couldn’t put this one down, the characters stick with you after you finish the book, and it contains deliciously taboo content.
Please, please, please read your trigger warnings on this one! It is not for the faint of heart. There were many scenes that felt “wrong” and were horrific, terrifying, ans/or violent. That being said, I think great books are the ones that really make you feel things (even if they’re uncomfortable things).
Dimaris –
My emotional range went from:
Sad/annoyed/disturbed/sad/relieved/worried/turned on/oh sh*t!/anxious/vindicated/happy.
I’m thankful this book didn’t have everyone’s POV. I don’t think I could handle it. Because these kids had to grow up in a shocking, sudden way. I was on an emotional rollercoaster. And even though I was disappointed at the parents at their lack of communication, I was soooo happy with how beastly and ferocious their love for their family was. It made the story a hopeful one.
mamakmf –
Raegan, Ryder and Ronan’s story continues in The Unruly and K Webster has delivered again with taboo skills and jaw dropping characters.
After that huge cliffhanger in The Untamed, leaving us readers in a state of devastation limbo, these characters who were taken from their family endure unimaginable suffering and pain while trying to find their way home.
Love has not boundaries is the motto of this story, we don’t get to choose who we give our heart to, it just knows to whom it belongs.
I will patiently wait to see who is next in this series. Will it be Rowdy and his story we were teased with or Wild and his story and POV.
Fabulous storytelling, heartfelt characters, amazing series ❤️
Sparklin Reads –
Unexpected events to a love triangle to mayhem. Unruly has a little bit of it all.

I started this review about 5 times so far because no matter how I start it, it does not feel good enough. This book and series is EVERYTHING! K Webster is my new favorite taboo author who sucks you into this dark and depraved world I just can’t get enough of.
This is the second book in the next generation of the Wild series. Book one left us with a screaming OMG what is happening and you can’t leave me like this cliff hanger. I knew there was something fishy with those people and now I know why. I was curious as to what was going to happen, who these people were and what they were going to do to my beloved Jamieson family.
Book two picks up right away and honestly Does. Not. Stop. until the very end. This book is thrilling, suspenseful and WAY darker than book one. K Webster does not sugar coat anything that happens to Raegan and especially my Ronan (I think he’s my favorite). They are put through the ringer and can be hard to read at times but they show how much love they have for each other, their family and how they’ll do anything they need to, to keep them safe. If you stick through it though to the end I promise you will love the ending. The characters, the world, the story… She does an amazing job with writing it. I just want to squeeze them all I’m so invested in this world. I need more of it ASAP!!!
Thank you to Unalive promotions for this ARC and introducing to one of my new favorite authors. If you love a good taboo read this book will not disappoint but PLEASE READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS. They are there for a reason and this book is not for everyone. There’s a reason it’s banned from amazon.
Sarah polglaze –
Ahh this taboo treat will have to attached to the story, I devoured this ending to the Reagan, Ronan and Ryder’s story. This was a fabulous read and I hope we see more from this world!

Thank you Kristi and Unalive Promotions for the ARC.
“You gave her a gift. I’d have done the same too.”
Agony. Devastation. Waking up only to realize Hell does exist and you’re living in it. Everyone is broken. We pick up from the incredible cliffhanger of The Untamed. So much destruction. Hardship. Torment. The madness of a monster obliterating everything. The family is ripped apart and the journey is only beginning. From excitement and hope to death and despair. I’ll have tears in my eyes and moments later my heart is racing. Just a constant rollercoaster of emotions. Survival. At all costs because there is no future without one another. Another wild ride from K Webster, but no surprise there. This one was definitely the darkest and as taboo as it gets. I think I said this before, in a normal world this dynamic would obviously not work, but in the wild or backcountry and under these extreme terms, it just does. I really enjoyed the intensity of this book. It’s a page turner and keeps you on your toes. I do have some questions and wish we got a little extra at the end but hopefully that just means we have more to come from this Wild World.
“You gave her a gift. I’d have done the same too.”
“That was…everything.”
“The three of us share an unbreakable bond. We’ve been fighting it, but it’s too strong.” “Don’t you understand? Our love is so strong that nothing can tear it apart.”
“I need to see.”
“Everything I have ever done for as long as I can remember has always been for my children. Always.”

This book is heartbreaking. Not in a, cry my eyes out, sort of way, but in a I can’t believe how much trauma is wrapped up in these pages that everyone has to overcome to get their happily ever after. If anyone deserves a happily ever after it is Raegan, Ronan, and Ryder. This book is taboo spicy, with loads of drama, but the trauma and how you can relate to the characters regardless of your feelings on their actions – that is what keeps you glued to the pages. This book also has the most satisfying revenge I think I have ever read in a book. The author spares no details and it is such a satisfying justice. The ending gives us a beautiful HEA and hope for many many more stories in this world!
Stacey g –
This is my honest review for this taboo part 2 of this duet. You must read The Untamed before this. This book immediately continues from the cliffhanger and right from the beginning this author takes us through the wringer. Oh my god Ryder, Ronan and Reagan go through a lot to get to one another. My heart goes out to Ronan and I wonder about Rowdy. Did we get a clearer picture about him? Hm, anyways this concluding story got my heart racing from the suspense, thrilling chase and how this family fought their way back together. If you don’t mind taboo incest romance then this is for you.
brandikae –
Let me say this first…Read your triggers BEFORE reading this book. This was very intense. It was a mix of These Hills Have Eyes and Wrong Turn, and a little like Lauren Biel on steroids. This is my first time with K. Webster and I freaking LOVE her! The world building was phenomenal, very vivid and her writing leaves you holding your breath! The characters were perfect, and some of the scenes had me clenching my teeth and really feeling for these characters. So many twists and turns, and so dark I loved every second of this read. If you love forbidden/taboo reads, then you’re going to love this book! K. has easily moved into one of my top authors! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ️️️️ (very dark)
Aunt G –
Well, we all knew when that cliffy hit at the end of The Untamed that The Jamison family and we as the readers would never be the same again and we were not wrong. There is no way that you are going to read this book and not have your heart, mind, nerves and feelings tied up in knots. As expected, once I started reading, I couldn’t stop. Not when it felt like my heart was breaking, not when I wanted to cry, and not even when I wanted to rage and curse, and all those things happened a lot! This was another incredible book in an amazing series that I’m always yearning for more of.
Linda van Schaijk –
“Our love is untamed.
And we are the unruly.”
This book, the entire Wild world is just amazing. Anything K. Webster writes, I love and The Unruly is no exception. The Untamed was a great build up to deliver such an explosive ending to a beautiful story. The Untamed felt tame in comparison to The Unruly which is complicated, dark and spicy. It had me on the edge of my seat, toes, couch, bed, anywhere because I couldn’t put it down.
The feelings between Reagan, Ronan and Ryder are complex, and being in danger only enhances their love and protectiveness for each other. In this book they must fight to get back to each other, fight to get back their freedom and fight for their love.
The story picks up right where we left off in the Untamed, with the family separated and fearing for each other. The first half is action packed, survival to its core and nail bitingly nerve wrecking. And in the second half we get the ultimate taboo love story we all have been waiting for since the Untamed.
Everything Reagan and Ronan went through when they were kidnapped broke my heart. They had to endure so much. And Ryder, trying to get to them, trying to free them, feeling desperate and fearful, words cannot encompass what I felt for him. The utter loss in them was devastating. For them to finally get their happily ever after was so fulfilling, they earned it, they deserve it, and it was beautiful.
I cannot wait to see other stories from this world. Just to revisit these beautiful characters and see what they are up to and to get to go along with the others on their journey.
Kristy Odom –
Oh my goodness! I loved this book! This ride was hard to read. So, trigger warnings! Be sure you can go there because this one was rough. I loved how these characters overcame the time away from their family. I loved that they all had to fight. They didn’t leave anyone behind. I also did not see the twist. Oh my gosh Daddy Reed was not happy. I love these characters, and I can’t wait for more!

I stayed up all night to read this book. I had to keep going I couldn’t put it down. This was a very heavy dark read. My heart hurt for so many of these characters. It was emotional, heartbreaking and heartwarming I really enjoyed this book.
Truly a forbidden romance. The plot was intense and it’s definitely a book that will mentally stay with me.

Wow! After Untamed, I was scared about where this book was going to go but KW did what she does best and wrote an amazing book. I loved triple R (easier than typing their names) so much. They all went through some stuff in this book but know that as long as they are together, they can get through everything. Loved seeing Reed and Devon as parents to all the kids too. My only complaint is, I didn’t want it to end. No one writes taboo like Webster. She has a way of making that’s that should be wrong, feel right in fiction. I really really really hope we get more in the wild world because I need allll the taboo she can write! 5 stars
Becky Jean –
The Unruly by K Webster holds so many answers after she killed us with a doozie of a cliffhanger in The Untamed. It was definitely exciting! Brutal at times. Gritty. Finding love and acceptance is challenged. It was fabulous. Ryder, Ronan and Raegan’s conclusion was well worth the wait. Rowdy definitely needs a book now. Kudos!
R. Rais –
Untamed and Unrully combined, 50% in and for me K. Webster put every dot in dark, depraved, twisted.
The outsider have shed their scheme.
Their horrible crime to The Jamison’s, the kidnapping of the children, the abuse specialy the segsual abuse, K. Webster done her best in pushing all the boundaries. That’s one of the reason i love her books and in that 50% i love every gory part of it.
But, on to the next part when everyone is safe once more. I’m not sure what’s trouble me exactly. Maybe it was too soon for me when Ronan come out of his trauma from Ryder’s segs time? While Destiny still drowning in her’s.
Although daddy Reed made up perfectly in the end for Ronan.
But then, Reagan… Not sure how to put words to her action. Brat? The fact that the children never see the world to know any different for Reagan, specially to have tantrum when their parents opposed their relationship?
One thing i love about Untamed is how these kids have their fear, conflict and doubts on their own feelings. So to have everything solve in big bow of HEA so easy with no meaningfull conflict… Just felt flat from the epic start of the book.
At the end, Destiny and Rowdy????

On. The. Edge. Of. My. Seat!!! This book was non-stop, gripping, forbidden, wild, and yes…sometimes unruly, but it also took my breath away. The intensity of emotions that hit me during the course of this book was off the charts!
Reagan, Ronan, and Ryder have quite a rollercoaster of a ride. Not only is their family in jeopardy, I swear my heart never beat so fast as their lives hung in peril, but the intensity of their emotions brought about these big moments that involved a lot of tears, some laughs, and always tugged at my heartstrings. With this book we gain insight into huge family truths, but also a ton of unwavering love that breaks molds and moves beyond the forbidden.
This story is big and pushes boundaries, but broken down in its simplest form…it’s fantastic.
It shows you what the human spirit can withstand when pushed to its limits. It’s a story that loves without limits and it’s a story of forgiveness, and family, while also being very brutal, so please read the warnings especially if any of them are triggering.
Personally, I can’t wait to return to this world, but I truly do love this family.

The unruly review
I would say this book was much more darker than the untamed so I would definitely proceed with caution and to take the content warnings seriously, this book was absolutely amazing and an incredible carry on to the previous book The Untamed and the continued Wild World Series.
I was so excited to start The Unruly after the cliffhanger I was left on, and to say the least it did not disappoint! Everything about this book was amazing the relationships, the tension and the plot.
The Unruly is definitely one of my favourite reads this year, I don’t know what K Webster puts into these books that just makes them so addictive.
This book had me feeling so many emotions it was an absolutely rollercoaster but the ending was so heartwarming all the turmoil was so worth it.
Raegan and Ronan went through so much and made it out together with Ryder.
Side note, I’m so glad that Rowdy was comfortable enough to finally be able to talk about his experience in the city I can’t wait to read his book and see his character more and destiny’s.
All together, this book was one of my absolute favourite books that K Webster has made and was worth every second.

Beginning where the shocking cliffhanger left us, we pick right back up with the Jaimison family in grave danger. Raegan, Ryder, Ronan all in their own way are trying to survive or be rescued. This is an action packed read and not for the faint of heart. Be warned there are many difficult topics throughout and is not a typical taboo romance like the first series. It’s almost like two books, half a survival story with action and the other half a taboo romance. Don’t worry as there are still many in this world that could get a story of their own and we do see everyone from previous books in this one. Told in multiple POV.

I love K Webster. I love her I love her I love her. Her writing style is beautiful and write up my alley. However, this is in a different league than some of her other books and I don’t know how to feel about it. I loved the Wild & the Free. But this one felt different. Rushed, maybe? I almost had to force myself to get through it. I love the characters, but I loved Devon’s and Reed’s romance more. This just seemed like it was fumbling. I hate having to write a review like this. But it just wasn’t up to par with the multitude of other books she writes.
However, she hinted a Rowdy story and I am here for it!!
