A car door slams in the distance, and my eyes fly open. Is that-? My heart thunders against my ribs, and suddenly I can’t breathe. It’s now or never.

With trembling fingers, I reach behind me and tug at the strings of my bikini top. The fabric falls away, and I gasp as the warm air kisses my newly exposed skin. Am I really doing this?

Before I can second-guess myself, I shimmy out of my bikini bottoms, kicking them to the side. The rough wood of the dock presses against my bare a$$, and a giggle bubbles up in my throat. I’m naked. Completely naked, out here where anyone could see.
