    I have read through this whole series thus far- and we are on book 12 so far- and you should definitely start here as each one leads into the nex. Most epilogues are letting you know about the next couple, kind of like TV shows gIving previews of the next episode.

    I loved the most that this world is about love. Yes, this is extremely taboo. Yes, there are also the sexy times. Yes some editing and formatting issues, which are mostly fixed in later books, sorry. But most taboo/familial love you’ll find is about the smut, not about actual feelings other than just lust or ownership. If that’s all you are looking for, go elsewhere. No judgement here, that’s my cuppa too sometimes.

    In all, this series will give you all the feels. And then some

    Book 1 in the Youlle’s Island series. I read these books out of order. I recommend that you read it in order if you love taboo.

    This is father and daughter. You also get a little information into another father/daughter soon to be couple. The girls are best of friends.

    This gave me more info into the Youlle Island that I missed reading out of order. I can’t wait to know more. I can’t wait to read more.

    Genevieve is my favorite and only taboo author that I will read without thinking twice.

    I loved the story. I think it’s so sweet. I love the dynamic between them.

    Bad grammar, awful formatting, incoherent storyline. And over 200 pages of this maddness?? I couldn’t even finish it. It’s definitely not going on my taboo recommendation list. I want my $4 back.

    This book was amazing! My first Taboo read like this and It took me by surprise for sure I ate it up in a couple hours Luca & Zi have such a beautiful connection and learning about the island was awesome! I can’t wait to see what else is in store!

    This is book 1- youlle’s Island, a short, sweet, spicy and taboo novella.

    This has a great backstory for our main characters, it wasn’t all just about the smut, which will come so far through it, There was a lot of thought and consideration that went into the feelings and emotions each experience on the journey they take in regards to their feelings for one another.

    The island is presented to us as some kind of paradise where all of the workers are brainwashed and one must receive an injection to be able to live there.

    Everything comes into to focus with a visitor by the name of Dr. Jared Youlle. Dr. Youlle lets Luca in on the things that Ziemma has been looking up on the internet. His group monitors for phrases that elude to family love. As a scientist, he has developed an injection that will stop the aging process and allow family members to fall in love with one another. Isn’t that great.

    Luca has been fighting his feelings and taboo thoughts of his daughter Ziemma. Is this finally a way for both of them to live out their dreams and fantasys ? Can Luca convince his best friend to come to Youlle’s island with him and his daughter as well?

    I really enjoyed reading this book, the author done a great job. And I can’t wait to see what else she has written. If taboo and incest is your thing then you will love this book.

    Amazing. This is the first book I have read like this. I absolutely loved the book. I don’t even know where to begin. Luca and Ziemma lost their wife and mother at a young age so he raised her on his own. He has a best friend Dillon who has a daughter the same age as Ziemma and they are best friends as well. They have a secret attraction to specific men. They tried everything they could to get it to happen and it did for Ziemma. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

    Amazing Taboo Read!!!

    This book tweaked my curiosity but I was worried I wouldn’t like it. Not because of the taboo elements, but because of the fantasy aspect to it. I am sooo happy I chose to try it out. This is a quick read and I loved the storyline. This is truly taboo. Not forbidden love pretending to be taboo, but taboo in the most taboo sense. The author was able to turn this story into a great exploration of feelings and the hot scenes were hot!! I can’t wait to explore more of Youlle’s Island!!!

My name is Genevieve Velacar. I write an incest taboo series called, Youlle’s Island. As of right now, there are thirteen books in the series with the fourteenth in the process of being written. Youlle’s Island has amassed it’s own cult following and many are asking when the next book will be released. SOON!

Ziemma and Luca is my first book in the series, not only that, but my first book ever published. The story only grows from there. The writing and the grammar also grows with each book. Each book can be read as a standalone.
