Thea loves to run and wants to break her personal record. When she sees the flyer for the Nightly Chase with the Monster-Human Mixer, she hopes that getting chased by a Monster might help her push herself faster.

Kyle loves to chase humans. He happily joins the Monthly Nightly chase and approaches the delicious human in red. When Thea makes him an offer he cannot refuse, he is intrigued. After chasing her, he isn’t so sure he can let her go so easily.

Excerpt:

“Kyle, you?”

“Thea. So, Kyle, do you want to chase me through the trees and take me tonight?” I asked, grabbing the bull by his proverbial horns.

A barked laugh that made me shiver burst out of him. He laughed out loud, throwing his head back, and making his shirt ride upwards. He had an amazing six-pack covered in black fur that almost made me drool.

“I love a woman who knows what she wants,” Kyle said and took a step closer.

“I want to break my personal running record, and get taken by you tonight,” I said as I put my hand on his chest, letting it run over the soft fabric of his T-shirt, feeling the hard muscles beneath it.

Kyle cocked his head as he took me in with more detail. His eyes focused on my running shoes and smartwatch.

“I could definitely help you with that. How much of a head start do you need to get up to speed?”

I shrugged. “Not much. I think that having you behind me will push me to go faster than I have ever run before.”

He nodded. “We can arrange for you to only get a minute head start with the organizing committee.”

“Perfect,” I said, beaming up at him.

Kyle tilted my head back with his finger. “For the first part, you’ll call the shots, but as soon as I catch you, I will take you. Hard. You can try to fight it. I even like it when someone struggles, but I will take you,” he whispered as his lips were only a hair away from mine.
